Deleting a child profile

Go to Dashboard → Children, find the profile you want to delete, and click the delete button. All data associated with that profile will be permanently removed, including:

• Sites associated with the profile
• Question attempts and results
• Unlock sessions and override tokens

Deleting all child data

Go to Dashboard → Account → Data & Privacy and click "Delete child data". This removes all child profiles and their associated data in one action.

Deleting your parent account

To delete your entire account, please contact us at [email protected]. We will delete your account and all associated data within 14 days of your request.

Retention after deletion

After deletion, we retain anonymised, non-identifiable records for up to 30 days for fraud prevention. After this period, all data is permanently purged.
