Chrome add-on: An add-on for the Chrome browser that shows the questions automatically is still being built. For now, your child uses their question page: copy the link from the Sites page in your dashboard and save it as a bookmark on their device.

How do I set up the Chrome add-on?

The Chrome add-on is still being built. When it's ready, it will show the questions automatically whenever your child visits a gated site. For now, go to Sites in your dashboard, tap "Copy link" next to a site, then open that link on your child's device and save it as a bookmark or home-screen shortcut.

What if questions don't load?

Make sure you've added questions to your library and that the site is approved. If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

What if site unlock doesn't work?

Check that the site domain matches exactly (e.g. youtube.com, not www.youtube.com). The unlock is time-based — if it's expired, your child will need to answer again.

How do I unlock sites without questions?

Go to Dashboard → Rules → "Unlock now". Choose the child and how long, and all of their approved websites open straight away.
