Pricing

• Solo: A$15/month, billed monthly. 1 child profile.
• Family: A$30/month, billed monthly. Up to 3 child profiles.
• Family annual: A$125/year (~A$10.42/month), billed annually. Up to 3 child profiles.
• Founding rate: A$99/year for the first 50 families, locked for renewal while active. Up to 3 child profiles.

All plans include full functionality and every starter question pack. More than 3 children? Add extra children to any Family plan for A$10/month (A$120/year on annual plans). That one flat price covers as many extra children as you need. Turn it on in one tap from the Children page in your dashboard. It's free during your trial, and you can turn it off any time.

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No card is needed to start and nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends, choose a plan from Account & Billing to keep going. If you choose a plan during the trial, your remaining trial days carry over and billing starts when the trial ends.

Auto-renewal

• Monthly: month-to-month, no lock-in contract. Bills each month until you cancel.
• Annual: auto-renews each year until you tell us otherwise. We email before each renewal.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime from Account & Billing → Manage or cancel subscription in the dashboard, through the secure Stripe billing portal. No phone call, email or exit fee.

• Monthly: access continues to the end of the paid month.
• Annual: cancel to stop the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid year.

Refund policy

A pro-rata refund of unused full months applies if you cancel within 30 days of starting a new annual term. Monthly plans are not refundable for partial months.
