1. Eligibility

AndWhat Home is available to parents, carers, and legal guardians aged 18 years or older who reside in Australia. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One account per household. You may create up to three child profiles per account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use AndWhat Home for its intended purpose: gating specific websites with educational questions for home-schooling. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the service.

4. Content

AndWhat Home provides optional starter packs as generic educational content. These are not a curriculum and do not claim alignment with any educational authority. Parents are responsible for the questions they add.

5. Intellectual property

All AndWhat Home branding, code, and design is the intellectual property of AndWhat Home Pty Ltd. Questions you create remain yours.

6. Limitation of liability

AndWhat Home is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the gate will work on every website or device configuration. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the 12 months prior to a claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
